Shawn serves as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) in managing SuperDNA’s growth through collaborative effort and providing strategic support for growth initiatives by converting opportunities into prospects, considering the overall business operations and product proposition. Prior to joining SuperDNA, he worked in various industries, including education, IT services, financial institution, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), with a key focus on process re-engineering, risk management, and strategy formulation. He holds a PhD in Microbiology and Bachelor's Degree in Medical Bioscience (Honours) from Monash University. He has a strong publication record with more than 20 publications in the field of infectious diseases and natural products. Apart from having a strong academic track record, he is always on the run on upskilling himself by being equipped with many other certifications, including ISO implementations, Certified Integrity Officer (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy), and Certified Professional Coach (Malaysian Institute of Management).
